At Hawker Pacific, the service continues after the passengers have been quickly disembarked off the aircraft. Our FBOs cater to the needs and requirements of the crew and their aircraft.  

We have a dedicated Crew Lounge providing:

• PCs with internet access Q  Access to flight planning tools
• Document Library – e.g. Visa/Immigration Requirements
• Comfortable lounge chairs that convert into full length beds
• TV, VCR, DVD with the latest release movies
• Shower and change room facilities
• Bar, tea & coffee and light refreshments  

Aircraft Services:

• Parking, hangarage and towing
• Onsite engineers for technical support and aircraft maintenance
• Fueling
• Aircraft detailing
• Catering Requirements DOTARS Transport Security Program  

Our FBO staff are on-hand to assist with trip planning requirements and any enquiries you may have. At Hawker Pacific Flight Centre we can take care of you and your aircraft.

Visa & Immigration

All crew should complete the Aircrew Declaration form to speed up customs processing.

• Operational crew (entering Australia as a crew member and departing as crew member or a passenger) must hold a valid passport, an Airline Identity Card and be listed on the Custom Form 3 Crew Report (previously known as the General Declaration), signed on behalf of the air carrier. Operational crew are able to remain in Australia for 30 days and do not need a visa if listed on the Crew Report.  Each port may have its own crew visa requirement so please contact us and we will be happy to issue the relevant crew visa on your behalf.
• Positioning crew (entering as a passenger and departing as a member of the crew) must hold a valid passport and a letter from the employer certifying that the person is an aircrew member, setting out the purpose of travel and the arrangements for the person to leave Australia. Positioning crew are able to remain in Australia for 5 days and do not need a visa if holding a letter from his/her employer certifying their status and purpose of travel.
• For Medivac flights, medical staff can be included on the Custom Form 3, provided they comply with the above requirements.
• The view of CASA is that the flight crew need to meet the legislative requirements of the country in which the aircraft is registered. Therefore the flight crew would need to hold any licences and ratings mandated by the FAA or other legislative body for the type of operation being conducted. This is subject to change, and for current requirements please check with Australian Customs.
