Hawker Provides Fixed Base Operations (FBO's) in Sydney
Hawker Pacific is a fixed based operator (FBO) and handling company of aircrafts. The company has seven VIP and FBO lounges located around the world including; Singapore, Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Asia Pacific. A new lounge will be available in the future in Shanghai.
The services provide networking and professional aircraft management, crew services and ground handling. The service is dedicated to making passenger's traveling experience run more efficiently and smoothly. The service network allow businesses to maintain a good level of aircraft management. Clients who have a private aircraft can experience a plethora of features including; ground transportation for passengers and crew, catering services, secure vehicle parking, hangarage, concierge services, flight scheduling and planning, on-site customs/immigration and quarantine clearance, aircraft cleaning and refueling. Passengers have access to highly qualified pilots and a wide variety of aircraft types. These pilots undergo extensive training.
The VIP lounges are extremely detailed and unique, which provide luxuries to the client and other members aboard the jet charter. All of the VIP lounges were created to produce a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. They include catering facilities, cable TV, private bathroom, gymnasium and high speed wireless Internet. The VIP services on the private jet includes security measures to ensure passenger safety and privacy. In the VIP section, passengers have resources to CCTV cameras, accessed controlled doors, direct air-side access and secure on-site parking. Taxi and limousine services are included for passengers who may need a ride to the private charter.
In a second section of the VIP lounge, there are executive lounges which were built for business visitors. This area can be utilized for business meetings and are equipped with the following; scanner, fax, Internet access, PCs, telephone and photocopiers.
Passengers have access to a document library which carries visa and immigration requirements for International travelers. Some of these documents include forms for Aircrew Declaration, Sydney Curfew Act, Dotars Transport Security Legislation, Sydney Airport Aeronautical Charges, Aviation Transport Security and much more. Comfortable lounge chairs that convert into full length chairs are also included. Clients can relax with change room facilities and a shower section. Refreshments such as coffee, tea, water and bar food is also included in the services.
